Jorge L. Carreras Jr. was born in Puerto Rico on March 15, 1971 and currently lives in Kissimmee, Florida. He is the oldest of four children, with extended family scattered across the United States. The Harem Games is his first novel.

Fun Read

First off let me say this book was a lot fun to read. Not only did I enjoy the futuristic appeal of it but also the excitement of all the action. I adored the main character Alex because he was very unique and different from normal heroes. I may even have a small imaginary crush on him. I also liked the chemistry between all the characters. Plus the story was petty good. I liked all the twist and turns the book took.
What I wasn't happy with was it sort of read like another popular book we have all read or heard of HG. For me it was like the author wrote the book while watching the movie. That said it really was a good book and I did enjoy it and I am looking forward to the next installment and hope I get to read it. Overall a good book and a relatively quick read. Something you can enjoy on a weekend at home.
