Top dollar personal trainer/nutritionist without paying top dollar!

I absolutely have been loving this book. I have been enjoying the workouts very much and the recipes are delicious. The workouts kick my butt, but leave me anticipating the next one. It is a great quick, easy to understand how-to for practical fitness and sound nutrition. I am excited to see the improvements in my running after because of the information in this book.

I love all his books because I so appreciate his philosophy on how to be our best selves, but especially love Thrive Fitness for all the specifics he offers about nutrition for performance, including mindset!

I purchased this book for my 24 year old son who is interested in fitness and healthy clean eating. It was recommended to me from an Organic dairy distributor. The perfect gift for my son. He loves all that it has to offer with reference to diet and exercise. I would suggest it to anyone who is into clean eating and keeping physically fit.
