Fabulous read and well worth the cost.

I enjoyed reading the Blue Fire Saga series. It was worth the read and the money spent on it. I liked how the main character had unusual powers. I enjoy paranormal stories, but her power is unusual to read about because a majority of those type of books are about vampires and werewolves mostly. But to read about someone that has a power that isn't written about often made the story special and intriguing. I really recommend reading this whole series. I couldn't put it down.

Well worth the wait!

Restless pulls you in, as do all of Scott Prussing's books, but this one flows even more smoothly than the others. Showing both sides of the story we've all been eager to get our hands on. We see the groups of people we've met in the past books come together as one, and meet a few new people along the way. There is courage and sacrifice, with an ending that I never saw coming. I truly hope this isn't the end of the series, but if it is, I can say it was an amazing journey.

I absolutely just loved this series! It is so hard to choose which book of this series was my favorite because they were all so good.
You should know by now since you have had to read the other books to this series by now, if not, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!
I hope hope hope that Scott will write a 7th book because I am just in love with this series :)

Disappointing

The book is comprehensive and has a pretty cover. Beyond this I am not impressed. It is styled in a dry, academic way with an odd way of organizing information, no regard for unnecessarily long-winded sentences (this is marketed as "lecture notes", right?), and tiny type size. And what spurred me to go ahead and write this review? A typo, of course, the most infuriating sign that the authors did not do their best job. There are also factual errors (as early as Figure 1.1, which gives incorrect cell lineages for hematopoiesis). I don't know if there is a better hematology book, but there certainly ought to be.
